They all have legs and are shipped with the legs tucked up. All you do if you want the legs down is pull them down. There are wires on the bottom of the feet so they can be added to another item or you can use the wires (bend them backwards) to make your little guy stand. If you want to tuck the legs up under him so he is in a sitting position you can just bend the legs up and cut the wires off.
