Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) is a part of the rose family, and not just for its juicy red berries. Rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and B vitamins, it s no surprise it s used to make tea, tincture in apple cider vinegar, or infuse in oil for salves, lotions, and creams. Raspberry leaf can even be used as a toner or hair rinse! Avoid use if pregnant unless otherwise stated from a healthcare practitioner, as it may cause uterine contractions.
